Current Client
Listed below are the projects that we are currently providing Test Management for on behalf of the client.
- QAIST have provided Test Management consultancy to Capgemini on their ASPIRE account in Telford on a short-term consultancy basis.
We placed 2 consultants on-site for a 4 month consultancy to define and implement a series of test strategies across 4 different projects which were running concurrently. The strategies were produced to support the early stages of the project development during the 'Define' phase and was to highlight and mitigate product risks as soon as possible.
The strategies then evolved during the later development lifecycles and further test assests were produced.
The strategy set an early indicator of what testing was required in-line with Capgemini's development process and bought in key-stakeholders from the outset in helping define and shape the required testing phases.
